I tend to listen or pay more attention to a nonverbal message because I have been in a situation where they ask me what is wrong with me? And I said nothing, feeling bad inside.I am a shy person that I like to be presentable and arranged. On more than one occasion they tell me that I appear to be a demanding and anti-social person. but after they get to know me they realize that I am totally opposite and that I am a very bearable, and easy-going person. As I know what the impression I give, what I do is that I have stopped being so shy and I have become more open to talking to people.
